To book our venue, we require a non-refundable security deposit of $250 that will be deducted from your total balance.

Two weeks prior to your event a refundable incidental fee of $200 is also required to ensure we receive the venue in the same condition it was delivered to our customers. After a walkthrough, and if there is no damage to our venue, the fee will be refunded back to the credit card on file.

Yes, we do have a kitchenette with a refrigerator and microwave (no stove or any cooking allowed)

Yes, we do. If you need a caterer we can recommend a few of our preferred vendors.

Wine and beer are allowed. You can ONLY serve (liquor) with a licensed/certified & insured bartender and/or the one-day special permit from the ABC website.

Unfortunately, no. We recommend checking with your caterer for those items. For a fee, we do provide table runners, chargers, black and white linen.

Yes, it does. If you need extra time to set up or breakdown, please let us know and you can add it to the invoice, if the hours are available.

You will need to confirm if your time requested is available.

The setup time is included in the 4, 6, 8, or 12 hour venue rental. If extra time is needed, please let us know in advance. We will review our calendar and accommodate.

Time slots are as follows:
Half-day rentals are 6 hours, and full-day rentals are 12 hours. You must book a minimum of 4 hours for weekend rentals (Friday -Sunday)

Yes, we will provide items necessary to assist with the cleaning process. Those items are located in our kitchenette room cabinets.

No pets or animals, of any kind, are allowed inside or around our outdoors space.

Unfortunately, no. We are busy and most weekends we host more than one event on the same day. No one can access the space early to set up. You can enter the building at the same time listed on your contract. The time you have rented is the time you enter to set up. Please make sure your vendors know to pick up their equipment no later than your end time.

We do allow adult (21+) events to book up until 1 A.M. on the weekends.
